Springless crossover steering upgrade for kingpin Dana 60 axles using your factory tie rod.

This springless crossover kit converts your kingpin Dana 60 to a 1-ton steering setup while keeping your factory tie rod in place. It's designed for strength and serviceability, using 1.5" x .25" wall DOM tubing and a pair of high-angle GM 1-ton tie rod ends for the drag link. The included hex head weld-in bungs make adjustment easier without damaging your tubing—just use a crescent wrench, not a pipe wrench.

The kit also includes a passenger-side high steer arm and a driver-side spring eliminator cap, replacing the factory kingpin preload spring with a solid setup that increases steering precision and durability. More DOM is included than needed so you can trim to fit without risk of running short.

Requires welding. Check steering clearance before cutting tubing.
