Bolt-On Round Tube Accessory Mounts HMOR

Add a removable accessory mounting point to compatible round tubing without welding. Bolt-On Round Tube Accessory Mounts HMOR use a cast-aluminum clamp body with interchangeable tube inserts, stainless-steel clamp hardware, and an accessory mounting point sized for 3/8-inch hardware.

HMOR Bed Bars are constructed from 1.75-inch outside-diameter round tubing. Use the included 1.75-inch insert for HMOR Bed Bars. Additional included inserts support compatible 1.25-, 1.5-, and 2-inch round tubing.

Use these mounts to retrofit compatible HMOR accessory panels onto Bed Bar systems or as standalone mounting points for auxiliary LED lights, cameras, antennas, small brackets, and other light-duty accessories. Mounts can be positioned on straight tube sections or compatible HMOR Bed Bar bend/radius sections where the clamp and insert seat fully. Each set includes the Allen wrench needed to install the clamp hardware.

Use With HMOR Accessory Panels

Already have HMOR Bed Bars without factory-welded accessory-panel mounts? These bolt-on mounts let you add a compatible HMOR accessory panel later without welding to the Bed Bars. Four mounts are recommended per accessory panel. HMOR does not currently publish a load rating for accessory-panel assemblies using these mounts.

Bolt-on mounts position the accessory mounting surface approximately 1/2 to 5/8 inch farther from the Bed Bar than HMOR factory-welded mounts. For the cleanest installation, avoid mixing bolt-on and factory-welded mounting points on the same panel. On three-bar Bed Bar systems using two adjacent accessory panels on the same side, HMOR recommends factory-welded accessory-panel mounts to maintain consistent panel alignment.

Use As Individual Accessory Mounts

Create a removable mounting point on compatible round tubing for auxiliary lighting, cameras, antennas, small brackets, and other light-duty accessories. The clamp can be positioned around the tube before tightening and installed on straight or compatible curved tube sections.

HMOR application limit: 10 lb static vertical load per individual mount. Basic HMOR shop testing showed no observed mount movement with a 25 lb downward load applied at the accessory mounting point in the tested horizontal-tube configuration. The 10 lb application limit is conservative and is not an engineered or certified structural rating.

Not intended for recovery, tie-down, jacking, Hi-Lift mounting, pulling, pushing, or other high-load applications.
