Repair Kit includes:

(6) Flange bolts (1 extra, 14mm [9/16"])

(1) 3/8"-16 Tap

(1) 5/16" HSS tap drill

Note: A 12pt 9mm or 11/32 socket can be used for tap if you don't have a tap handle. Use anti-seize on the new bolts, and you'll never have a problem.
